Rain, rain, go away

The last three days have been SOOO rainy here in North Carolina. That means my 5-year-old students are pent up inside all day long, which of course makes them get a little bit antsy.

School is delayed two hours tomorrow because of the rain, and I can say the roads were really, really wet on my way home from work today. I kept worrying I was going to hydroplane, and I live less than 10 minutes from my job!

All this rainy weather makes me really wish I had a cute rain coat and umbrella. All my little students come in with their mini boots and matching jackets and umbrellas, and it makes me want to get my own set!
