Weekly Recipe: Slow Cooker Kielbasa with Apples and Sauerkraut

Slow Cooker Kielbasa with Apples and Sauerkraut
Recipe adapted from All You Magazine
8 servings, 15 minutes prep + 3-4 hours in slow cooker

Ingredients
1 pkg. turkey kielbasa / polish sausage, sliced
16 oz. sauerkraut
2 granny smith apples, peeled, cored, and diced
1 medium onion, diced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Hot dog buns
Mustard

1. Combine sausage, sauerkraut, apples, onion, and brown sugar in slow cooker.

2. Cook on low heat for 3-4 hours.

3. Serve on hot dog buns with generous serving of mustard.
