Today Dustin and I drove an hour to Morehead City, which is right on the coast. The town was hosting its annual seafood festival, and we were certainly hungry for some shrimp!
It was a pretty overcast day, and chilly, but that helped to add to the fall appeal. We found a tent selling hundreds of varieties of hot sauce, so we bought some mango hot sauce and Jamaican jerk sauce to take home (should come in handy on our travel date night)!
We also got to chow down on yummy shrimp Philly wraps and a giant funnel cake.
The rest of the day we plan on watching Falcons and Bears football. It's been a pretty terrific weekend!
