Weekly Recipe: Mom's Taco Dip

This recipe is quick, easy, and involves ingredients we always have in the house. Not to mention it is a true party-pleaser! It always gets gobbled up quickly whenever we have guests over at our house. Thanks Mom, for the awesome recipe.

Mom's Taco Dip
Recipe from my mom, Karen Krause
8 servings, 15 minutes prep

Ingredients
1 16-oz. container sour cream
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 head lettuce, chopped in small pieces
1 large tomato, chopped in small pieces (and dabbed with paper towel to soak up juices)
1 small can sliced black olives
1 generous cup shredded cheddar cheese

1. Mix taco seasoning into sour cream, then spread onto a platter.

2. Layer all other ingredients atop the sour cream base.

3. Serve with taco chips. Yum!
